Chocolate Chia Pudding

This is great for breakfast, dinner or as a snack. Chia seeds are a great source of fibre, fat, protein, and contain the minerals calcium, manganese, magnesium and phosphorous.


Ingredients

400 ml can coconut cream

45 grams of chia seeds ( this is 1/3 of a cup or 3 rounded soup spoons)

25-30 grams of cocoa or cacao powder ( 2 rounded soup spoons)


Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or mix with a stick blender until fully combined.

Refrigerate until set. Allow at least 3 hours.


Serve with yogurt, nuts, berries.
